Executive Management
The executive management group provides guidance while executing cost-effective, safe, and environmentally sustainable construction projects. Using a culture of collaboration and progressive technologies, these individuals monitor and regulate each project to provide confidence and ensure that our high standards of quality and service are met.

Chief Executive Officer
As a Professional Civil Engineer, Brian has extensive experience in the construction, project management, and executive management sectors. Grounded by the experience of 35 years working within the construction industry, Brian’s first 20 years involved managing projects and construction business operations in Saskatchewan.
As an executive manager, Brian has managed annual revenues exceeding $1 billion. Brian also has 10 years of development experience as a partner and investor in Western Canadian development projects. He has experience in residential, commercial, civil, industrial, and retail construction sectors through the management of several businesses across North America.

General Manager
As General Manager of Etera Construction Management, Curt is responsible for many aspects of the business. These include providing strategic direction, aligning operations initiatives with company goals, overseeing the management of projects and client relationships, and leading work acquisition efforts.
Curt holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree and is a leading expert in construction management, with over 15 years in the industry and hands-on experience in every facet of the business, ranging from Journeyperson, Project Manager, Estimator, Operations Manager, and Principal of Etera Construction Management. His multiple-task management approach enables him to oversee a number of projects at various stages of development and construction, and ensure that his high standards of quality are met.

Business Manager
As Business Manager of Etera Construction Management, Ruben is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations to achieve both Etera’s mission and the customer’s vision. He also enhances internal organization processes and infrastructure to ensure continuous growth and successful projects.
Ruben holds a Commerce degree and is a Certified Management Accountant specializing in strategic management and leadership. Ruben takes pride in cultivating quality relationships and has demonstrated this with great success on each project that has had his involvement.

Project Management
The project managers at Etera Construction Management strives to ensure each project is collaborated, designed, planned, organized, controlled, supervised, on budget, and accomplishes the goals of our clients. Our management team combines years of experience with cutting edge software to accurately track every aspect of each project.
