Brian Lueken, President

As CEO of Etera, Brian provides insight, managerial expertise, guidance and leadership to the Etera Group of Companies.

As a Professional Civil Engineer, Brian has extensive experience in the construction, project management and executive management sectors. Grounded by the experience of 35 years working within the construction industry, Brian’s first 20 years involved managing projects and construction business operations in Saskatchewan. As an executive manager, Brian has managed annual revenues exceeding $1 billion. He has experience in commercial, civil and industrial sectors through the management of several businesses across North America.

 

Curt Leggett, General Manager

As General Manager of Etera, Curt is responsible for providing strategic direction; aligning operations initiatives with company goals; overseeing the management of projects and client relationships; and leading work acquisition efforts of the Etera Group of Companies.

Curt holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree and is a leading expert in construction management, with over 15 years in the industry and hands-on experience in every facet of the business, ranging from Journeyperson, Project Manager, Estimator, Operations Manager and Principal of Equinox Home Innovations.

Throughout his career, Curt has successfully managed the construction of residential and commercial projects. Curt is personally involved in providing executive support throughout the life-cycle of each Etera project, encompassing pre-construction planning and design with the client and project team, to construction feasibility, monitoring cost and schedule, through to project completion. His multiple-task management approach enables him to oversee a number of projects at various stages of development and construction.

 

Ruben Beattie, Business Manager

As Business Manager of Etera Construction Management, Ruben is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in support of Etera’s mission and vision: enhancing internal organization processes and infrastructure to ensure continuous growth.

Ruben takes pride in cultivating quality relationships and has demonstrated such as the Business Manager for Etera Construction Management. Ruben holds a Commerce degree and is a Certified Management Accountant specializing in strategic management and leadership. As a principal of Equinox Home Innovations, Ruben leads the organization through its growth phase, incorporating strong business management and cost accounting principles in the process.

 

Trish Schentag, Controller

As controller of Etera Group, Trish provides financial and management expertise to the Etera Group of Companies. She is responsible for corporate finance, accounting and taxation.

Trish is a chartered accountant with a broad background in business at both domestic and international levels. She brings more than 20 years of senior management experience through her work in both operational and corporate financial roles primarily in the manufacturing technology industry. Trish graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She obtained her CA designation while articling with Thorne Ernst and Whinney and KPMG in Saskatoon.
